The vicinity of the elevator is largely managed by the Karakoram Elevator Authority, which not only oversees the operation & defense of the elevator & its surrounding support infrastructure, but also guarantees passage to & from the elevator both on the moon & throughout the system at large, & sometimes even out-system to export destinations. It is the closest thing the moon has to a government, with its core territory always getting first pick of imports from other systems & having notably higher living standards.The daughter of a doctor who ran an independent clinic, Karin was born in a dense suburb near the elevator's base, & grew up in rather nice conditions compared to those found across most of the rest of the moon. A relatively low-tech & straightforward AC, most of Plume's construction is rugged & functional, although some of its weaponry is surprisingly sophisticated. It remains unclear why or under what circumstances ALLMIND chose to provide the KEA with weaponry, or whether such hardware was specifically intended for Karin or not, but whatever the case she fields it now.Plume is built around shock & awe. Quite fast for what it is, it makes extensive use of indiscriminate high-explosive weapons to dominate its battlespace, with its spread bazooka, explosive thrower, & detonating missile launcher all laying waste to opponents either massed or singular. Its flamethrower is employed to finish whatever remains. They found her lineage inextricably tied to The End. She was taken in by the right hand of their leader & performs a lot of gumshoeing & occasionally wetwork. One day she hopes to squash the Anarchs for ruining her life for their politics. Despite her disdain for the Anarchs, Karin is generally considered as a stand-up person. Her enemies within the Camarilla are people who aren't able to manipulate her.

During an internship with a museum, Momo stumbles across the most enchanting artifact. It's an athame from 15th-century Wales with a ruby inlet. Momo doesn't qualify herself as a particularly obsessive but sees the athame whenever her mind wanders. Eventually, her dreams turn sour, & all she can think of is setting her roommates on fire. Eventually, Momo seeks the help of parapsychologist Sousuke Aizen, who turns out to be an acolyte for The Desolation. He seduces Momo to try to get to the athame. Momo is practically puppeteered into the museum after making love. When Sousuke obtains the athame, he bursts into flames & dies. Before the police come, Momo takes the athame & waits outside the Magnus Institute. She gives a statement to Gertrude, & the athame is taken. Gertrude is fascinated by Momo's knowledge of artifacts & asks if Momo would consider a position here. Momo declines, but later takes up the offer after being fired by the museum. Momo still has nightmares, but has figured out how to cope with them, & is one of the very few people able to handle most artifacts safely.VAMPIRE: THE MASQUERADE YOUR COMMUNION COMES FROM ME Momo is a respected Malkavian of the local Camarilla chapter for her insights into her former Sect, the Sabbat, & her wetwork against the sect after her defection.

Her clan has warped appearances & must sleep with dirt from their homeland, but are able to mold flesh to their liking. The Tzimisce are typically Sabbat, but after killing her Sire Mayuri for being a dick to her, Nemu kinda just floats around until she lands herself in Camarilla territory. They take her in to use her abilities to sculpt flesh into what are essentially living tanks they can use against the Sabbat & hunters.

Spotting her soon after as he tried getting his bearings around Pentagram City, he saw her, & charged to kill her. It turns out Sinners can't die so easily. Soon, he learned about angelic steel, & set a plan into motion to get his revenge. When Sousuke finds Momo, he knows she's different, & uses her to get to an artifact that's long fascinated the cult. Her clan has warped appearances & must sleep with dirt from their homeland, but are able to mold flesh to their liking. The Tzimisce are typically Sabbat, but after killing her Sire Mayuri for being a dick to her, Nemu kinda just floats around until she lands herself in Camarilla territory. They take her in to use her abilities to sculpt flesh into what are essentially living tanks they can use against the Sabbat & hunters.
